This post is when I was in Bukhara, Uzbekistan on October, 2012.

ブハラの見所は旧市街に集中しており、ラビハウズ(池)周辺に宿が密集しています。
In Buhara's old city that has sightseeing spots are located, and there are many accommodations around Lyabi-Hauz(A pond).

This is "Nadir Divanbegi Medressa" which is next to Lyabi-Hauz.

タキ
Taki

タキは交差点にある丸屋根で覆われたバザール。お土産屋がたくさんあります。
Taki is arcades and crossroad mini-bazaars, whose multidomed roofs were designed to draw in cool air. But now, given over to tourits shop.

Bukhara, Uzbekistan's Accommodation

2012年10月にウズベキスタンのブハラにいたときのことです。

This post is when I was in Bukhara, Uzbekistan on October, 2012.

ブハラの旧市街に着いてから、宿探しをしました。

When I arrived at old city of Bukhara, I was looking for accommodation.

As above the map, you can get there easiley from marushrutka(mini bus) station by foot.

主要観光地へのアクセスもすぐ。
You can aproach main sightseeing spot shortly.

 旅も終盤だったので、シングルに泊まる。
This traveling was almost ending, accordingly I stayed a single room.

Khiva ⇒ Bukhara (in Uzbekistan)

2012年10月 ウズベキスタンのヒヴァからブハラへ移動したときのこと。

This post is I moved to Bukhara from Khiva on October, 2012.

ヒヴァからブハラへどうやって移動しようか考えていて、観光案内所へ相談に行ったところ、ちょうどその日に夜行列車があるとのことで即決。

時間がなかったので、切符を代理購入してきてもらいました。

ウルゲンチ(ヒヴァの最寄駅)⇒ブハラ 55000UZS(≒20USD)

マージン 10000UZS(≒3.7USD)取られました。

旅の基本ですが、切符は自分で買いに行くべきですね。

I'm thinking about how to going to Bukhara from Khiva then I went to tourist information to talk to about that. There are night train to go to Bukhara just this day, I decided that instant.

I didn't have time to go to train ticket office then I asked a tourist officer for go to office to buy train ticket for me.

Urgench(The nearest station from Khiva)⇒Bukhara 55000UZS(≒20USD)

And, I had to pay 10000UZS(≒3.7USD) for margin.

I should that I go to office to buy ticket by myself it's basic of journey.

ちなみに、ウルゲンチからブハラへの夜行列車は週1or2!?便しかないそう。

タイミングが良かったです。

代替手段としては、乗合タクシーかバスがあるそうですが、ヒヴァ~ブハラ間は路面も悪く、タクシーだと交渉が面倒らしいので回避できて良かったです。

For your information, to Bukhara from Khiva night train is running once or twice a week!?

So, I had good timing.

There are shared taxi and bus, these selects as an alternative. But I heard road is bad between Khiva to Bukhara　and we have to do troublesome negotiation with driver about the fare.I think it was good decision to avoid riding other vehicle.

Train leaves at 19:05 from Urgench station.

フランス人団体ツアー客と同じ部屋でした。
I was a same room with a party of French tourists.

4人1室のコンパートメント

翌日 朝7:05にブハラ駅に着。
Arrived in Bukhara station the next day's at 7:05 AM.

68番のマルシュルートカ
No.68 Marshrutka.

68番のマルシュルートカで旧市街のラビハウズを目指します。
駅にはタクシーの客引きもいました。
マルシュルートカ乗り場は駅を出てすぐ有りました。
ラビハウズまでの所要時間は約30分。

After that, going to go to old city of "LYABI-HAUZ it's name of pond" by no.68's marshrutka .
There were a few touting of taxi in front of the station.
You can find the marshrutka stand pass by the touting people.
Got the "Lyabi-hauz" about 30mins from the station.

Khiva, Uzbekistan Part 2

2012年10月にウズベキスタンのヒヴァにいたときのことです。

This post is when I was in Khiva, Uzbekistan on October, 2012.

ミナレットに登ってみました。

言い値は3000UZS(≒1.1USD) 、学生だと言い張って2000UZS(≒0.7USD)払いました。

I went up one of the minarets.

The asking price is 3000UZS(≒1.1USD), I insisted that I'm a student so I paid 2000UZS(≒0.7USD) for that, but actually I'm NOT.

このミナレットに登りました。
I went up this minaret. 

このミナレットは "イスラム・ホジャ・ミナレット" と言い、ヒヴァで1番高いミナレットだそうです。
This minaret called "Islom-Hoja Minaret" and it's the highest minaret in Khiva.

ちなみに、階段がけっこうきつかったです。
For your information, there are so many stairs to go up the top, I was really exausted.

There are socks and some souvenirs.

These hats looks Ex-Soviet-ish, silky and feel warm.

ポストカード
Postcards

ポストカードを購入。言い値は3USDを2USDにて。
I bought postcard set, the asking price is 3USD, I negotiated a clerk then I got it for 2USD.

マグネット
Magnets for souvenir.

マグネットも購入。2個で6000UZS(≒2.2USD)。
I got magnets for souvenir, too. This is 2 for 6000UZS(≒2.2USD).

ウズベキスタンでも特にヒヴァは好意的な人が多かった気がします。

I think many friendly people in Uzbekistan, Khiva particularly.
