Almaty, Kazakhstan Part 1

2012年10月にカザフスタンのアルマティにいたときのこと。

This post is when I was in Almaty, Kazakhstan on October, 2012.

アルマティをブラブラとしました。
街中まではバスで行き、80KZT(≒47JPY)。
I was hanging around in Almaty.
I went downtown by bus which costs 80KZT(≒0.5USD).

昼食に韓国料理屋の"RODEM"に行きました。
"地球の歩き方"に載っています。
I went to Korean restaurant it called "RODEM" for lunch.
It printed on Japanese guidebook.

日本語のメニューもあります。
They have Japanese Menu.

Bibimbap

ビビンバを注文。1815KZT(≒1080JPY)

かなり高いですね。

付け合せは無料でした。

海外で日本料理屋が無くて、食べられなくても、中華料理や韓国料理を食べられると安心する気がします。

I ordered "Bibimbap" its above picture. It costs 1815KZT(≒12USD).

In retrospect, it's really expensive.

These garnish are free of charge.

If there are not Japanese restaurant and I can't eat it in overseas, on the other hand, I have a chance to eat dishes in Chineae restaurant or Korean restaurant it I can feel rest.

で、次にシムケントへ行くので、そこへ行くための切符を買いに駅へ行きました。

本当はバスターミナル近くの宿にいたし、安かったので、夜行バスで行きたかったのですが、体調不良で断念。

Almaty-Ⅱ Station

あと、駅で切符を買うにはロシア語ができなければ難しそうでした。

なので、ガイドブックを参考に駅近くのスーパー左側の"Kacca"にて購入。

英語は通じませんでした。

ちなみに、駅構内はwifi-freeでした。

After that, I visited to Almaty-Ⅱstation to buy train ticket that I go to Shymkent next here.

To be honest, I wanted to go there by night-bus because my accommodation was near bus terminal and it costs cheaper than taking a train  but I didn't feel well that time so I should use by train.

And, it's difficult to buy the ticket there you should be speak Russian so I refered to guidebook then I could get it in "Kacca" which is near the station by left side supermarket.

By the way, they can't speak English.

Incidentally, inside the station is free-wifi.

それから、バザールあたりをウロウロしてから宿へと戻りました。

カザフスタンは観光客が少ないと思うので、バザールも地元民しかいないように見えました。

Then I hung around near Bazar and went back to my accommodation.

I think there are a few tourist in Kazakhstan so I saw only local people in the bazar.

Kazakhstan "About Registration"

2012年10月にカザフスタンのアルマティにいたときのこと。

This post is when I was in Almaty, Kazakhstan on October, 2012.

 About Registration

カザフスタンに5日以上滞在する場合オヴィールで滞在登録をしなければなりません。

なので、アルマティで行ってきました。

If you stay Kazakhstan more than 5 days, have to register with the migration police(OVIR).

So, I tried it to go in Almaty.

Migration Police

Address:Karasay Batyr 109A

Timetable:10am~noon&17~18:30pm(Mon-Wed&Fri)

必要書類

• パスポート
• パスポートコピー
• カザフスタンビザのコピー
• 宿泊先の住所

Necessary Documents

• Passport
• Passport photo page's copy
• Kazakhstan visa's copy
• Accommodation address

手数料は無料でした。コピー屋はすぐ近くにあります。係員は全然英語が話せません。
Registration is free of charge. Copy shop is by the migration police. I thought all of police officer can't speak English well.

10分くらいで、こんなのがもらえます。↑↑↑
出国時にチェックされるので、それまで持ってましょう。これをしないと出国時に面倒になるそうです。
You can get above picture's thing. You have to keep it when you depart from Kazalhstan. If you don't have it, you can't leave there that time.

Almaty, Kazakhstan's Accommodation

2012年10月にカザフスタンのアルマティにいたときのこと。
This post is when I was in Almaty, Kazakhstan on October, 2012.

アルマティのサイラン・バスターミナルに着いてから宿へと向かいました。
I arrived at Sayran bus terminal in Almaty then go to accommodation.

Accommodation

Седьмое Небо(シジモーエ・ニェーバ)

多分、アルマティの安宿。"地球の歩き方" "Lonely Planet" には載ってません。
I think this is one of the cheaper accommodation in Almaty. It's NOT on "Japanese guidebook" and "Lonely Planet".

Share Toilet

No Wifi

シャワーは有料で300KZT(≒173JPY)。
If you'd like to take shower, you have to pay 300KZT(≒2USD).

レセプションの人は英語が少し話せる人もいます。
A few receptionist can speak English just a little.

 この宿までは、この地図通りです。↑↑↑バスターミナルから徒歩約10分で着きます。
If you want to go to this accommodation, you should refer to avobe map. It takes about 10 minutes from Sayran bus terminal.

You can use free-wifi in this Supermarket.

地図にあるスーパーマーケットのカフェの近くでWifiが使えました。あと、サイラン・バスターミナルの建物内もWifi-freeでした。

You can use wifi near cafe in supermarket. You should check that location above picture and inside Sayran bus terminal also wifi is available.

Kazakhstani Tenge

現地通貨はバスターミナル内にある、両替所・ATMで入手できます。また、上記スーパーマーケットにもATMはあります。ちなみに"ATM"という言葉はロシア語圏では通じませんでした。
You can get local money inside the bus terminal, there are exchange shop and ATM, supermarket also have ATM.
By the way, a word of ATM is English so a native speaker of Russian who can't understand ATM meaning.

Laguman's appearance differ from each shop.

 中央アジアの伝統料理"プロフ" 190KZS(≒348JPY)

レストランで食べると高いです。

It's "Plov" which is one of the traditional dishes in Central Asia, it costs 190KZS(≒4USD)

If you eat it in restaurant it more expensive than local cafeteria.

2013年になりましたね。今年も宜しくお願い致します。
2年振りに年末を日本で過ごしました。
帰国してから約2ヶ月、体重が5Kgくらい増えました。
日本の食べ物は美味しいけど、日本には一生は住みたくないかな...

I spend a time in Japan during the New Year holidays after an interval of 2 years.
My weight gained about 5 kilograms since I've got back in Japan 2 months before.
Japanes dishes is yummy but I don't want to live here life...

それはさておき、2012年はいろんなとこに行きました。
そろそろ動き出したいと思います。
