2012年9月にキルギスのビシュケクにいたときのこと。

I was hunging around the town in Bishkek.

キルギスで1番大きいデパート "ツム百貨店"
This is "TsUM" that's the biggest department store in Kyrgyzstan.

I heard it's university.
